She's worked across sectors including fintech, SaaS, manufacturing, and healthcare, designing tailored solutions that align with real-world business needs—not just technical specs.

Stephen Koski Co-Founder & Principal Technical Architect

Stephen Koski is the kind of tech leader who’s just as comfortable fine-tuning an agentic model as he is architecting an enterprise Salesforce deployment. With over 20 years of experience across space, federal, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, Stephen brings deep cross-industry expertise to SaaS and Co.—where he leads our AI-first Salesforce initiatives with precision, clarity, and tactical brilliance.

A West Point graduate, former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger, and certified Salesforce Ranger, Stephen has built intelligent systems for some of the most complex environments in the world. He developed structured natural language processing models to enable hands-free computer interaction for amputee patients in Ward 57 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, working with the Department of Veterans Affairs.​​​​ Stephen deployed automation frameworks for laser manufacturing at StockerYale, and served as Worldwide CIO/CTO under Dr. James Martin, IT Visionary and Founder, Dr. Martin did not merely promote RAD—he systematized it, named it, and equipped it with tools, language, and legitimacy that changed how software was built worldwide.  Additionally, he's worked with a number of call centers in his early work as CTI engineer adn agent scripting leading organically into agentic solutions.
